With a sound and a vibe that seems derived from a forgotten 90s movie, Talon engages their audiences with a fun and invigorating live show. They take their cues from 90’s stalwarts like Weezer and Sheryl Crow, guitar heroes such as Sleater-Kinney and St. Vincent, plus pop legends MUNA and Maggie Rogers. Born in a post-pandemic world and currently a contributor to Brooklyn’s Queer Music scene, these indy rockers feature musicians from all over the country, including drummer Lauren Kleinman from nearby Armonk. Their recently released debut EP "Not Dreams" features the infectious single, ‘Blondie’. The record displays warm waves of crunching guitars, punching drums, grooving bass, and sweet melodies of yearning, which you’ll get to witness first hand on the Party Stage.
