Through big hooks and brazen lyrics Dead Tooth's sound has a welcome discordance. With roots in Warwick, NY and Mayfield in Bergen County, NJ, this self proclaimed “rodeo-core” quintet, now based out of Queens, weaves high energy hooks, brazen lyrics, and gritty sax leads into a refreshing live show that’s earned them comparisons to acts like Refused, At the Drive In and The Jesus Lizard all over the Eastern US. Since the release of their sophomore EP Pig Pile in 2022, the band has put out two original singles earning praise from NME and SPIN magazine, as well as a scintillating trash punk cover of Demi Lovato’s "Cool for the Summer." This year, Dead Tooth is hitting the road both stateside and overseas including a run of showcases at SXSW in Austin TX and our very own Party Stage.
