It's the block party within New York's Backyard Jam. It's the perfect place to bring your family and friends. You provide the 10' x 10' tent, we provide the space.

HERE ARE THE RULES, SO YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE

TENT CITY TICKETS ARE FOR TENT SPACES ONLY. PURCHASERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN 10' x 10' TENTS.

TENT CITY TICKETS ARE NOT ADMISSION TICKETS. You must have a Festival admission ticket to get into the event. You must have a Tent City ticket to bring your tent onto Festival grounds and take an assigned tent space. A Tent City ticket by itself will not admit you onto the Festival grounds. Festival admission tickets can be purchased through the Village or online at TicketWeb.

LIMIT 1 TENT CITY TICKET PER ADULT (18+) PURCHASER. Please allow others to enjoy the experience. No resellers. Tickets only available at Village Hall. If you are turning your Tent City ticket to someone else, they need to come to the 3rd floor of Village Hall in order to fill out new paperwork. Unless you have transferred the ticket in this way, you, as the original signer, will be held responsible for any issues caused by those utilizing the tent site.

PLAN AHEAD: THE VILLAGE OF PLEASANTVILLE REQUIRES TENT WEIGHTS. To maintain field conditions and preserve our sprinkler system, tent spikes are not allowed. However, tent legs must be weighed down in case of wind. Purchasers are responsible for bringing 4 tent weights per tent, minimum 15 pounds per leg. We ask that there be no side or back panels on tents, to allow for clear sight lines for all patrons. There will be water on hand where you can fill any empty water weights that you may bring.

TENT CITY IS THE ONLY PLACE TO SET UP YOUR TENT. No tents will be allowed onto Parkway Field without a Tent City ticket. 

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: EARLY DROP-OFF AND LATE PICK-UP. Avoid the hassle of bringing your tent at the same time as all of your other gear. Tent City ticket holders may drop off their tents, chairs, tables, and other non-food items on the Friday night before the Festival and then pick them on the Sunday morning after the Festival! We will email Tent City ticket holders further details in the days prior to the Festival.

NOTE: This year we will have an overnight Security person staying at the field both on the night before the Festival and on the night after the Festival. Even so, neither the Festival nor the Village of Pleasantville will be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

IF YOU MISS OUT, YOU STILL HAVE GIANT OPTIONS:

IN ADDITION TO TENT CITY, WE WILL HAVE OUR POPULAR GIANT SHADE TENT in the back of the main field in front of the bleachers, just like we did last time. It's the one on the left in the photo above. There's plenty of space there, free with admission and first-come-first-serve on the day of the Festival. Our CHILL TENT behind it will also be available with seating for all Chill Tent Stage performances.

NO OTHER TENTS OF ANY SIZE, HALF-MOONS, OR UMBRELLAS WILL BE PERMITTED ON PARKWAY FIELD. Please leave them at home.
