TENT CITY TICKETS GO ON SALE (and may sell out) on SATURDAY, APRIL 11.

HERE’S THE SCHEDULE.

APRIL 11 AT VILLAGE HALL.

Tent City spaces are first come, first served, ONLY in person, ONLY on the second floor of Village Hall, 80 Wheeler Avenue in Pleasantville. Doors open at 8 am. Sale goes 8:15 to noon.

FAIR WARNING: People line up early for this, well before doors open. Village Hall will stay open until noon or until spaces are sold out.

10x10 TENT SPACE PRICES: $95 - $125. Limited number of 10x20 spaces will be available for $150.

CASH, CHECK, VISA, OR MASTERCARD. ONE TENT SPACE MAX PER ADULT PRESENT.

US Currency only. If writing check, make out to Village of Pleasantville. Electronic payments such as Venmo or Zelle will not be accepted. Discounted festival tickets will be also available at the Tent City sale.

By popular demand, we’re limiting sales to 1 tent space per adult customer on line. That means more opportunities for more people. It also means that people farther back in line can know exactly how many spots are left.

MAINTAINING FAIRNESS

A representative of the Pleasantville Music Festival will be on site at Village Hall on April 11 to organize the process before doors open. You must be present. Friendly as we are, there is no “saving a spot.”

DO NOT START A SIGN-IN SHEET. IT WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED OR USED BY ORGANIZERS. THE ORDER OF PURCHASERS WILL BE SOLELY DETERMINED BY THE FESTIVAL ORGANIZERS, BASED ON WHO IS PRESENT AT THE TIME THAT THE ORGANIZERS ARRIVE.

After April 11, Tent City spaces will be on sale ONLY at our official Box Office at the Pleasantville Recreation Center, 48 Marble Avenue, Pleasantville. Box Office hours are 9 am to 3 pm, Monday through Friday.

HERE ARE THE RULES, SO YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE

TENT CITY TICKETS ARE FOR TENT SPACES ONLY. PURCHASERS MUST PROVIDE THEIR OWN TENTS (10' x 10' or 10’ x 20’ depending on the space purchased).

TENT CITY TICKETS ARE NOT ADMISSION TICKETS. You must have a Festival admission ticket to get into the event. You must have a Tent City ticket to bring your tent onto Festival grounds and take an assigned tent space. A Tent City ticket by itself will not admit you onto the Festival grounds. Festival admission tickets can be purchased either at the Box Office or online at TicketWeb.

LIMIT 1 TENT CITY TICKET PER ADULT (18+) PURCHASER. Please allow others to enjoy the experience. No resellers. Village Hall on April 15 or the Box Office after that is the only place where you can be sure to get official Tent City tickets.

PLAN AHEAD: THE VILLAGE OF PLEASANTVILLE REQUIRES TENT WEIGHTS. To maintain field conditions and preserve our sprinkler system, tent spikes are not allowed. However, tent legs must be weighed down in case of wind. Purchasers are responsible for bringing 4 tent weights per tent, minimum 15 pounds per leg. We ask that there be no side or back panels on tents, to allow for clear sight lines for all patrons.

TENT CITY IS THE ONLY PLACE TO SET UP YOUR TENT. No tents will be allowed onto Parkway Field without a Tent City ticket.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: EARLY DROP-OFF AND LATE PICK-UP. Avoid the hassle of bringing your tent at the same time as all of your other gear. Tent City ticket holders can drop off their tents, chairs, tables, and other non-food items on Friday night before the Festival and pick them on Sunday morning after the Festival! We will email Tent City ticket holders with further details after purchase.

IF YOU MISS OUT, YOU STILL HAVE GIANT OPTIONS:

IN ADDITION TO TENT CITY, WE WILL HAVE OUR POPULAR GIANT SHADE TENT in the back of the main field in front of the bleachers, just like we did last time. It's the one on the left in the photo above. There's plenty of space there, free with admission and first-come-first-serve on the day of the Festival. Our CHILL TENT behind it will also be available with seating for all Chill Tent Stage performances.

NO OTHER TENTS OF ANY SIZE, HALF-MOONS, OR UMBRELLAS WILL BE PERMITTED ON PARKWAY FIELD. Please leave them at home.
